Beijing Olympics 2008

The Olympic Games to open in Beijing on 8 August 2008 look as if they are going to be one of the most spectacular and exciting sporting events of recent years.

The Chinese authorities are making great efforts to create new sporting venues and totally revitalise Beijing's infrastructure in advance of the games. There will be great interest, not only from around the world, but in China too - home to one quarter of the world's population - where the Beijing Olympics are a symbol of national pride.

To obtain event tickets we recommend that you apply through Sportsworld, who are the British Olympics Association's official ticket seller (see www.sportsworld.co.uk).

We have rates for flights and hotels in Beijing for the Olympics period, but hotels are currently requiring minimum stays over the Games period. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, or register below to receive updates when they become available.
