Beijing to Hong Kong Express
Beijing - Xi'an - Guilin/Yangshuo - Hong Kong
Length: 11 days
A trip from north to south, starting in the capital Beijing and finishing in Hong Kong.
Day 1 Arrive Beijing. Stay at 3-star hotel (own arrangement to hotel, no transfer or guide)
Day 2 Tour with local guide and car + driver to the Great Wall, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven.
Day 3 Tour with local guide and car + driver to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, followed by a tour by cycle rickshaw around the 'hutongs' - the traditional residential areas of old Beijing. Transfer to railway station for overnight train to Xi'an.
Day 4 Arrive Xi'an. Pick-up from station and transfer to hotel. Walking tour of Muslim Quarter and Grand Mosque. and tour with own local guide and car + driver to the famous Terracotta Army.
Day 5 Free day.
Day 6 Flight to Guilin (no guide or transfer, own arrangement to airport). Arrive Guilin. Transfer to bus station for bus to Yangshuo.
Day 7 Free day.
Day 8 Own arrangement to Guilin railway station for overnight train to Shenzhen.
Day 9 Arrive Shenzhen. Cross the border and take the MTR/KCR train to Hong Kong. Own arrangement to hotel.
Day 10 Day free.
Day 11 Exit.
